The Fruit of the Spirit for November is KINDNESS.
Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness,
Goodness, Faithfulness,
Gentleness, and Self-Control.
Against such things there is no law.
We took a group picture in November.
It happened at the end of gym time.
Unfortunately, Gavin had gone from the room
because he did not feel well,
and Grant went to help him.
Gavin and Grant's faces have been added to the group.
Our classroom bulletin board has photos of everyone.
Now we can add Courtney's photo to the bulletin board.
Welcome, Courtney!
Lily helps Courtney with the stapler.
Kassidy adds a sticker to her Spirit Tree poster.
Grace enjoys working on her project.
Margaret gives a helping hand.
We listed things for which we are thankful.
Scriptures for November
Colossians 3:12
God has chosen you and made you his holy people.
He loves you. So always do these things;
show mercy to others, be kind, humble, gentle and patient.
Share with God's people who are in need.
Practice hospitality. Romans 12:13
Our Bible story for November was from John 6:1-15,
a long-time favorite for people of all ages.
Jesus was speaking to the multitudes of people,
and it was time to eat.
A small boy showed his kindness
by sharing his basket of food.
Through his generosity,
thousands of people were fed,
and there was food left over!
Susan tells the story while JAM Kids
illustrate the story with Play-Doh.

Evan makes his five loaves of bread.

Grace puts a fish in her basket.

Let's see if we can make a basket.

Song Bells

If your projects were finished,
there was time to make beautiful music with the song bells.

Give Thanks

When it was time to go downstairs for dinner,
we formed a circle and gave thanks
for friends and food.

Dinner Time!

While the kids play, Lisa works on the order of campfire songs.

And Margaret runs the vacuum while Sue sorts the projects to take home.
Gym Time!
Relay Races

Can you walk the length of the gym with a beanbag on your head?

Teammates cheer for others.

Ryan demonstrates the next race.
Walk with the ball between your knees!

Campfire Time

"The more we get together, together, together,
The more we get together, the happier we'll be.
For your friends are my friends, and my friends are your friends.
The more we get together, the happier we'll be."

" . . . and the green grass grew all around, all around,
and the green grass grew all around."

"Left, left, left right left . . . Let me see your funky chicken."
"What's that, you say?"

Here's the Funky Chicken.

Mary does the "Frankenstein."

"Please show me your dirty diaper!"

And we ended with the Cockroach!
Goofy!
