Easter Egg Hunt - April 7, 2012




It is time for the annual neighborhood and community egg hunt!


Prizes are available for each child.

Some children will find a "Grand Prize" egg!



Activity centers are in place.

Some people arrive early to begin working on the treats.

Boy Scout troop 270 and their parents hide eggs.



And they organize the age groups.
It is a beautiful morning. Thank you, God!






1600 plastic eggs were filled with candy.





People begin to gather on the sidewalk.

Girl Scouts set up their craft table.
They were such a wonderful help!



Everything is ready in the kitchen.


The older children will hunt eggs at the playground.


"Prize eggs are given to the children as they enter the building.



The scout leader explains the rules.

Families enjoy the morning.





After all of the eggs are collected, the scouts check the area.
