Brrr! It is cold, windy, and snowy! JAM Kids had to move from January 8 to the 15th due to weather, but it was warm and lots of fun inside the church.

Learning about Basketball and Perseverance
Perseverance is commitment, hard work, patience, endurance.
Perseverance is being able to bear difficulties calmly and without complaint.
We heard the story “Keep Going!” by Mayra A Diaz.
This book is about a child who is having some
frustrations while playing basketball.
The child's mother uses Michael Jordan's story of initial failure at joining the high school basketball team as well as other negative statistics during his basketball career to show that even champions aren't perfect.
